Who is your inspiration?

I’ve been lucky enough to come across strong women in my life who have inspired and encouraged me to want more out of life both personally and professionally. I’m inspired by women who lift up and support other women which inspires me to do the same for others.

What's the best piece of advice someone has ever given you?

Being told that I couldn’t do something, which only made me want it more. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not the right person or you can’t achieve more, and then prove them wrong.

What is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers?

Don’t sit back and wait to be noticed. Only you can put in that 110% to get where you want to go so don’t give up and sit back because you think you can’t do it. Be courageous and put yourself out there!

How do you bring your "whole self to work?"

I have a big personality and I’m grateful to be in a team where I can be my genuine self every day. Being as authentic at work as I am outside of work allows me to connect, engage and be the best leader I can be. Authenticity is a big part of making each day meaningful, bringing a positive attitude and being part of a supportive network.

What excites you about working at Marsh McLennan?

I love coming in to work and being surrounded by a great team with a common goal to thrive and excel at what we do. I’m proud of the culture we have built and our team dynamic.
