What is your role at Marsh McLennan?

Business Management Analyst. I work for Corporate, running reports, assisting with the forecasts and budgets, assist Advisory with their billing and credit collection, and work with our Finance colleagues.

Who is your inspiration?

My mum, the woman who raised me. Kind, strong and resilient.

What's the best piece of advice someone has ever given you?

Never give up. If you fail, pick yourself up and start over.

What is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers?

Plans don’t always work, sometimes you need to reassess and reconfigure and do what works for you. That is not a failed plan, that’s still working towards your goals, even though those goals have changed.

How do you bring your "whole self to work?"

I think it’s not difficult to bring your ‘whole self’ to work when you enjoy your job and have fun with the people you work with. You look forward to going in everyday because your job is enjoyable, and your colleagues only make it easier.

What excites you about working at Marsh McLennan?

I have a lot of passion for the job that I do and the department I work for. I treat every new or difficult task like a challenge: how do I solve this? Who can help me solve this? Collaboration really is how we are the best!
